Revensi LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Revensi website and authenticated app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit the website, use the app, or authorize an AI client to use the Revensi plugin through our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server.

Information You Provide

When you use our forms (such as the free scan tool, audit intake, partnership application, or surveys), we may collect your name, email address, company URL, and any other information you voluntarily submit.

Information Collected Through Our Free Scan Tool

When you use our free scan tool, we analyze publicly available information from the website URL you provide. We do not access private or password-protected areas of any website.

Authenticated App and Plugin Information

When you sign in to the Revensi app, our authentication provider processes your sign-in details and provides us with account identifiers, your name and email address, and your workspace membership. We use these details to authenticate you, show the workspaces you may access, and associate changes with the right workspace.

The app stores content that you or your workspace members add or create, including workflow maps, descriptions, estimates, questions and blockers, interview conversations, import notes and snapshots, connector catalog entries, and the names and extracted text of uploaded source files. The original uploaded file binary is not retained in the resource library. This content may include personal information that you choose to provide. We also store record metadata such as creation and update times and the account associated with a change.

When you authorize an AI client to use the Revensi plugin, the MCP server uses your authorization to access the workspace selected during sign-in. It processes the details needed for the tool you request and returns relevant workflow, connector, or resource metadata to that client. Approved write requests can save a draft workflow or change a connector or resource record. The plugin does not upload files; files are uploaded in the Revensi web app. The AI client may process information returned to it under its own privacy terms.

When you use an AI-assisted feature in the app, the information you provide for that feature may be sent to an AI model provider to generate the requested result. Review generated content before relying on it.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our public website, we automatically collect certain information through the following services:

Google Analytics 4 — website usage analytics
Facebook Pixel and Conversions API — conversion tracking for advertising
HubSpot — marketing analytics
LinkedIn Insight Tag — advertising analytics
Microsoft Clarity — session recordings and heatmaps
Error monitoring services — error tracking and diagnostics

This automatically collected information may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited and time spent on pages, referring website addresses, and device identifiers.

Advertising & Retargeting

We use third-party advertising platforms (including Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and HubSpot) to display retargeting advertisements to you on other websites and platforms after you visit our public site. These services use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits.

We also use server-side tracking via the Facebook Conversions API. When you provide your email address, it is hashed using SHA-256 before being transmitted to advertising platforms. Ad tracking only fires after you grant consent through our cookie consent banner (managed by CookieYes).

Form submissions (scan data, audit intakes, partnership applications, survey responses) are retained as long as necessary for service delivery and internal benchmarking

Analytics data is retained according to each provider's default settings
Payment records are retained as required by applicable law
App account and workspace records are retained while the account or workspace remains active, subject to deletion requests and any legal obligations
Workflow maps, questions, interview conversations, import records, connector entries, and related workspace content are retained until the relevant records are removed or the workspace is closed, subject to any legal obligations
Uploaded resource records, extracted text, and searchable chunks are removed from the active resource library when the resource is deleted. Quotations saved in workflows and source excerpts or snapshots saved in import records can remain until those separate records are removed
Service providers may retain operational logs and backup copies under their own limited recovery, security, or legal retention schedules

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your personal information
Opt out of targeted advertising
Withdraw consent where applicable

Workspace members can view their available records in the app. The plugin can list resources and connector entries and, after confirmation, remove supported records. To request access, correction, export, or deletion beyond those controls, email us at the address below. Some information may need to be retained for legal reasons or may remain in separate workflow or import records as described above.

California Residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have additional rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
